2. Purpose and Scope

Your data requested and stored solely for the purpose of implementing the online event: Only people registered with full name and e-mail address will be enabled to access online meetings rooms. This is to ensure only real persons and persons with a relation to the VIADUCT network will take part in the online event, thus preserving a valuing discussion culture. We therefore request the following information and consent:

3. Data transfer

 

VIADUCT, run by the Project coordinator named under [1] is based on a consortium agreement and may share, where necessary, your data as requested in [2] with project partners to implement the action.

 

In the specific case of the VIADUCT Online Conference, 22-23 October 2020, your data will be shared with staff of:

The event will take place via Zoom (Zoom Video Communications, Inc.)

4. Data storing

Your personal data will be deleted from our servers 14 days after the event. For project reporting purposes, only numbers of registered people and participating people will be saved. None of your personal data is transmitted to a third party other than named under [3].

 

5. Your rights

Every person affected by the processing of personal data has the right, in accordance with the legal provisions, to request free information or confirmation from us regarding the personal data stored about him or her.

 

In addition, you have the right to the immediate correction or deletion of incorrect personal data concerning you, or to the restriction of the processing, or to object to the processing. Please note that any restriction of data processing will result in the suspension of your event registration.

 

You can revoke your consent to the processing of personal data at any time. This does not affect the legality of the University’s processing of your data on the basis of your consent until your revocation.

Data subjects have the right to request information regarding their personal data in a structured, common and machine-readable format and to transmit it to other persons responsible.
